It normally takes 10 minutes to instantly submit your loan application by phone or online via this site. Regardless of how you apply, you can "Lock-in" your rate instantly by telephone at the time of your application, or any other business day thereafter. Our lock-in hours are Monday thru Friday from 12:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. EST. All our rates include a lock-in for up to 60 days. Extended lock-ins up to 360 days are also available for a small fee.
