Your most recent original pay stubs for all present jobs for the past consecutive 30 day period
Copies of last two (2) years W2's and/or 1099's, for all jobs worked during this period
Last 12 month canceled rent checks, front and back copies, or signed attached Landlord Verification of Rent form, or family member's letter if living with family member(s)
If you choose to include income from child support or alimony include copies of canceled checks showing receipt of payment as well as copy of fully executed divorce agreement approved by a judge, if applicable
Your last two (2) monthly bank statements or brokerage account statements, (all pages), for all liquid asset accounts disclosed on your mortgage loan application
If needed to qualify; last original statement(s) as evidence of 401K(s) and/or retirement funds
Copy of accepted offer OR a fully executed Agreement of Sale/Binder (all parties must sign), including all addenda
Copy of earnest deposit canceled check(s) (money given with accepted offer and execution of the Purchase and Sale agreement)

If financing a condominium; Name, voice and fax number for condominium association, as well as a copy of the master insurance policy

If graduated within the past two (2) years, copy of last school transcripts or graduation diploma
Legible copy of a government issued picture ID for each applicant (USA Patriot Act)
In addition, if you are a self employed person (you own more than 25% of a company), or if more than 25% of your employment earnings derive from commissions, overtime or bonuses;
If working for a corporation, copies of last two (2) years W2's and/or 1099's, for all jobs worked during this period. Copy of last two (2) years 1120's, (complete corporate tax returns including all schedules and K-1s if applicable), signed by appropriate officer(s)
